Activities at the Centre

A range of Clinical and Non-clinical activities are part of the Centre's everyday calendar.

Yoga

Beginners sessions to General Yoga, Power Yoga to Yoga for Women to Yoga Therapy.... focused classes are offered throughout the week at convenient timings -- morning, evening, weekends.

Fitness

At our Fitness Clinic, Instructors certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Fitness Professional Associates take the time to make detailed evaluations before recommending exercises best suited to your body. The goal is to build strength and endurance at a pace that's safe and refreshing.

    HealthTalks

    Thematic topics to clarify contemporary understanding are discussed on weekend mid-mornings in an interactive Q&A mode.
